How to Cut A Mango – Bruno Albouze – THE REAL DEAL

Mango is a beneficial and healthy fruit that takes skill to cut. To properly cut the fruit, first cut the ends with a large knife. Than cut the outer peel off using several cuts and following the contours of the fruit. Use a paper towel to hold the mango if it is slippery. Cut the remaining fruit into 1/16 inch thick slices and dice those slices. These can be used on a wide variety of fruit dishes and desserts.
