After our class and a brief salsa lesson, we hit the pool and the beach for a little R&R.
I don’t think I have ever had a margarita that early in the morning before!!
We had wine and six classes — from cheese and olives to pork tenderloin, seared trout, and dessert to gnocchi cheesecake! I loved the variety, and it was lovely to have a change of scenery.
And with this, we set sail for Cabo San Lucas!
Our salsas turned out!
Likewise, after we were back on Ruby Princess, we took a dip in the pool. It was quite hot in Mexico! Check out the pool can overflow to the deck to prevent spilling!
We discovered a deck to take some photos and dressed up for formal night. The setting (apart from the killer breeze) was absolutely magnificent. Nothing but miles and miles of sea and sky .
We hopped off the ship and boarded vans to a resort for cooking and dancing!
Since we had an trip departure the following morning we did a room service breakfast. I had milk and cereal with fruit!
Heeeeyyyyy!!!

And led to one of the on-board restaurants called SHARE by Curtis Stone. Unlike the formal dining room, SHARE was designed to look like a modern restaurant. I loved the ambiance! There was a minimal cover charge to dine in SHARE as well as the other two speciality restaurants, Salty Dog Gastropub and Crown Grill, a seafood and steakhouse. We found this to be worth it for a change of scenery and menu.
