Quick, Simple & Tasty Chicken Milanese

Wouldn’t it be just bliss if you didn’t have to spend several hours to create a delicious and eye appealing meal for yourself or for guests? Well, guess what. It is fantastic because you can do that. A quick and easy recipe for Chicken Milanese is both simple to prepare and delicious for your mouth.

Now the recipe calls for you to use flour and Panko crumbs, however, these can be substituted if your dietary restrictions prohibit you from consuming gluten products. The flour can be replaced with any number of preferred gluten-free flours such as quinoa or millet flours. The Panko can easily be replaced with crushed corn flakes or ground crisped rice cereal. Both of these substitutes make fantastic additions.

While Chicken Milanese is best served hot and fresh, it does happen to have somewhat of a shelf life inside of a refrigerator. You can individually wrap them in plastic wrap and then place them into an airtight container within your refrigerator. They should keep for at least three days.

The recipe calls for you to fry your chicken breasts in olive oil and while this particular oil is quite good for you it can also be substituted for other good heart healthy oils such as avocado oil or coconut oil. Both of these oils have been proven to be beneficial to your health and are great oils for frying.

This recipe is both delicious to eat and swift to prepare and works out amazingly for small parties or even for larger celebrations as well as for book-club meetings or even birthdays.This quick meal can also be prepared in advance of any events and be easily reheated as needed.
