Strong malt flavours: crusty bread, seeds and grain. Caramel sweetness and a touch of hops bitterness in the end. La Bonne Aventure includes a solid malt body and is very well balanced. A fantastic example of the Rousse style.

La Bonne Aventure – Pit Caribou Microbrasserie (Canada – Quebec – Perce) 5.0%
Pours a clear, copper penny colour with a good head of white foam. The odor has a faint impression of crusty bread and light sweet molasses and caramel.
