4 Seasonal Daiquiri Variations
Fig Daiquiri
Muddle fruit (if using) in a shaker. Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake with ice. Double strain with tea strainer and a hawthorn strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish.
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 figs, muddled
