This is a great salad. It features greens, olives, cheese and more. Greens are a great source of nutrients. The chick peas are good protein and fiber. If you want a good salad that has a balance of different food groups this one will do it. It also won’t be hard to find these ingredients at most grocery stores so there is ease of preparation to consider. Salads are a great summer meal as well because they don’t require heat to make them.
