Our weather continued to be chilly and wet, so we went to the gym, tidied up the house, and led to Whole Foods for lunch and supermarket.
Mazen and I also had a fashion show so he could try on the 10+ pairs of trousers I purchased for him!

Anne and Matt came late afternoon, before heading out to dinner, and we had cheese and crackers and drinks.

We said farewell to Anne and Matt as they headed out on a hike and turned over the house for my parents, who were on their way! On Sunday afternoon we’d Mazen’s 5th birthday party, and I’ll be sharing all the pics from that!

We went to Tavola for dinner.

Saturday morning breakfast fun!

Tacos and chips and Dos Equis, oh my!

On Sunday morning we had pecan swirl toast for a snack. Wonderful Harvest is still the best place for company bread in town!

We talked a lot about all that’s happened in Cville recently.

For dinner I had the shrimp with gorgonzola sauce over angel hair. SO delicious!

Back home we had brunch minus the toast that we ate beforehand.

We shared a cheesecake four ways of dessert : )

We got some vino and the burrata from the pub area while there was a little bit of a wait. (Anne enjoyed a very cool mocktail made from juice and tonic.)
